inviCRO is Hiring a Senior Analyst, Imaging Services Systems Near New Haven, CT

Location: New Haven

Overview:

Responsible for supporting imaging services/sciences initiative cross functionally within the organization to ensure the integrity of the clinical imaging requirements of ongoing and future project are met. Contributes to imaging strategies, blinded independent central review (BICR) criteria, image acquisition, image quality and image transfers. Provide contribution to imaging documents such as the Image Review Charter, Independent Review Training Manual, Study Reports, and Technical Operation Manuals. The scope of the position includes, but not limited to; support within Imaging Services, implementing, and validating new imaging applications, developing/implementing complex image review workflows, manage escalated complex technical issuances, lead process improvements, and staff development.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with the Image Management group in preliminary QC efforts and movement of data using programmatic systems tools (e.g. PowerShell Scripts, ect.)
  • Partner with the Image Management group to drive and develop more efficient processes to manage data movement.
  • Lead efforts with the Image Analysis and QC groups on prioritization of technology improvements with escalated technical activities.
  • Work closely with the Application Support team to implement process improvements for business efficiencies
  • Spearhead the development of Imaging read/analysis system configurations at the project level.
  • Direct UAT development of Imaging read/analysis system configurations at the project level.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree Preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in clinical research, pharma or related industry.
  • Experience with Imaging Read Criteria’s (e.g. RECIST 1.1, PCWG3, Lugano, ect.)
  • Experience troubleshooting medical image related issues, especially DICOM.
  • Experience with Multimodality Clinical Imaging Standard Practices.
  • Experience working effectively in a fast paced, matrix managed, multi-disciplinary environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work well independently and in project teams.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree.
  • Certifications: 1 or more of the following:
    CNMT, RT(N)(CT)(MR)
    IS/IT Project Management
    21 CFR Part 11
    IS/IT Project Management
    DICOM standards
  • Understanding of Systems Compliance.
