Title Coordinator

Illinois Real Estate Title Center, managed by publicly traded underwriter Investors Title Insurance Company, is looking for a Title Coordinator to add to their Quincy Branch. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are a must! The Title Coordinator will perform a variety of title support duties including but not limited to processing title and search orders, as well as posting payments.
Position Highlights:

• Communicate and answer questions for clients in a professional manner
• Prepare daily deposit report, post payments, and send invoices
• Monitor all title and search orders and verify accuracy
• Order municipal searches, tax searches, UCC searches, land surveys
• Data entry and general office duties such as phones, mail, and filing

• High school graduate or equivalent with two years of clerical or administrative experience
• Preferred experience: title insurance, mortgage lending, legal support, or loan processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
