Customer Support Coordinator

Investors Title Insurance Company is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to add to our SearchCONNECT team. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent customer service ability, strong computer skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience in real estate, legal, or title is a plus but not required. This is a great opportunity to grow and build a career in the title insurance industry.
Position Highlights:

• Coordinate new orders, work on updates/revisions and other miscellaneous customer requests with search vendors and SearchCONNECT Staff.
• Ensure both internal and external customers are kept informed of the current state of their orders.
• Run and analyze reports to determine any potential delays to customers.
• Assist management with special projects including report preparation and review, customer projects, and creating/updating marketing materials.
• Receive new orders, update requests, and route to appropriate team.
• Maintain current knowledge of SoftPro Select functionality and enhancements.

Position Qualifications:

• Previous experience proactively communicating with customers
• Good organizational and process management skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow up skills
• Adaptability and flexibility to deal with different customers and needs in a timely manner
• Must be located in the Augusta, GA area (required)
