Investors Tax Service is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Coventry, RI

Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

This is an excellent opportunity with a firm that values its employees. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the firm's staff. This is a part-time position outside of tax season and a full-time position during tax season. Overtime may be available during tax season.

Responsibilities Include

  • Process tax returns in an accurate and timely manner
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
  • Mailing of monthly client bills
  • Preparation of correspondence and other documents
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Answer incoming calls, visitors and client interaction
  • Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, copying, collating, and scanning

Education/Skills/Experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
  • 2 years of experience working in a similar role in a professional office environment preferred (CPA firm, a plus)
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
