POSITION SUMMARY
The Community Bank Lending Officer is responsible for evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval of commercial, real estate, and personal loans. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their financial needs and providing tailored lending solutions that align with the bank's lending policies and risk management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or banking, excellent customer service skills, and a deep commitment to the community we serve.
