• Meeting with sellers and conducting appointments virtually
• Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics

• Follow up with leads quickly
• Represent our company well by following our core values
• Provide a daily end of day report
• Maintain accurate records
• Maintain checklists and all documents associated with each file
• Prepare data and present in staff meetings
• Track and set personal goals that contribute toward company achievement

Requirements:

• Availability days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience in real estate high ticket closer, real estate, or wholesaling is a plus
• Solid analytical and financial analysis skills for evaluating potential acquisitions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute positively to the team environment.
• Comfortable adapting to changes in market conditions in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with real estate software and tools for property research and analysis.
• Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
