Investments Limited is Hiring a Commercial Property Department Administrative Assistant Near Boca Raton, FL

Investments Limited is a leading, well established, and stable company that owns and manages residential and commercial properties in Florida, Georgia, and Boston. We are seeking a full-time Commercial Property Department Administrative Assistant to join our team in South Florida.

Responsibilities

· Answer incoming calls when Managers are unavailable

· Support tenant account management department

· Support Palm Beach County Property management with work orders, purchase orders, maintenance requests, and e-filing

· Meeting with tenants who come in due to rent assistance or property management requests

· Support the legal department when need with the accounting or management departments

Skills

· Proven work experience as an administrative assistant

· Familiar word document, excel, PDF, Power-point, etc

· Self-motivated, high level of efficiency, attention to detail and accuracy

· Must be reliable, trustworthy and possess strong work ethics

· Excellent organizational and planning skills

· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Experience:

· 1 years in administrative assistant positions

· Non-student preferred

· Applicant must be able to pass a complete background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
