Investment Concepts Inc. has excellent opportunities for leasing Consultants to join our team in Phoenix. The qualified applicants will have outstanding customer service and sales ability and strong verbal and written communication skills. Job Duties:
-Performs leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties.
-Leases and markets vacant and upcoming apartments.
-Completes all leasing paperwork.
-Compiles and processes applications for approval.
-Explains lease and all appropriate addenda to a new resident.
-Walks apartments and reports all necessary improvements.
-Assists with resident relations.
-Data enters; fees, deposits, and new lease information.
-Shows apartments to prospective leases.
-Accepts and completes Notice to vacate forms.
-Accepts rental payments.
-Other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Preferred Property management experience
• Preferred working experience in 100 units community.
• Preferred hospitality or restaurant experience in lieu of industry experience
• At least 1yr in Sales and/or Customer Service
• Computer literate
• Go-getter
• Self-Starter
• Dependable
• Stable job history
• Valid Driver's License, auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
