Property Management Company is looking for a full-time Accountant/Bookkeepers to join our team. Salary is based on experience. We offer a competitive wage and benefits.

The ideal individual will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify issues and solutions. Ensure timely completion of work with minimal supervision. Strong accounting experience is required — knowledge of Yardi software is a big plus.

Must possess the following skills:

• Experience managing daily cash flow activity and ability to forecast.
• Complete data entry through month-end financial statements using Yardi software. Firm month-end deadlines.
• Ability to accurately review A/R entries and analyze tenant ledgers.
• Ability to accurately complete a substantial volume of A/P on time every month. Must be thorough and follow through with vendor statement reconciliation and past-due invoices.
• Prior experience working with multiple sets of books is preferred.
• Analytical skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.50 - $32.69 per hour
