InvestiNet, LLC is Hiring a Collections Representative Near Greenville, SC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collection Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections and/or customer service and possess strong negotiation skills to assist in the collection process.

Duties:
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments (inbound and outbound)
- Assist consumers with account resolution including (but not limited to) balance or settlement in full negotiations, payment plan creation, and dispute resolution
- Handle calls accurately and in compliance with state and federal guidelines; expected monthly results on call quality metrics should exceed 90% with minimal compliance infractions
- 95% System Utilization and focus on phone work: Inbound / Outbound calls, call documentation, call escalations, account maintenance, etc.

- Meet determined KPIs: Inbound / Outbound calls per hour, and conversion and kept rates and dollars collected within 10% of Leader.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in negotiation and accounts receivable will be utilized effectively. - Mid-shift (9:00-6:30, M-Th and 9-4 F)
- Night-shift (9:00-8:00, M-Th)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
