Scheduler Job Overview
The primary purpose for the Scheduler is to expedite patient care by scheduling and managing assignments for our clinical team. The scheduler will also be required to work some shifts on the floor. The scheduler position is also a back-up for the HR position and will be trained in various HR functions. Position will require employee to provide direct patient care as needed.
Scheduler Job Responsibilities
- Manage initial clinical staff shift assignments.
- Communicate assignments, assignment changes and all ongoing scheduling needs.
