Job Title: Hostess/Host (NEW LOCATION)

The Hostess plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by greeting them, managing reservations, and coordinating the seating process. 3. Seating Arrangements: Organize and prioritize seating to optimize the dining area's capacity and accommodate reservations and walk-in guests.

4. Guest Inquiries: Provide information about the restaurant, menu, and any specials to guests, answering inquiries with a positive and helpful attitude.

5. Waiting Area Management: Keep the waiting area clean and organized, ensuring guests are comfortable and informed about the expected wait times.

6. Communication with Staff: Maintain effective communication with servers, kitchen staff, and management to coordinate seating and address any issues.

7. Resolving Guest Concerns: Handle guest concerns or special requests, seeking assistance from management when necessary.

8. Assistance with Service: Support serving staff by assisting with tasks such as clearing and resetting tables during busy periods.

9. Maintaining Reservation System: Keep the reservation system updated with accurate information and ensure proper documentation of guest details.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is beneficial.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Positive and friendly attitude with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality.

6. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

7. Ability to stand for extended periods and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
