Invaleon, a leading player in the renewable energy industry, seeks a seasoned Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction. We require a Project Manager adept at navigating the intricacies of construction project management and seamlessly integrating these processes into Invaleon's solar projects. Based at our Haverhill, MA office with occasional travel to project sites throughout Maine and Massachusetts, you will oversee the construction phase of our EPC solar projects. Your role is pivotal in ensuring projects are efficiently executed, adhering to timelines and budget constraints without constant supervision.

As the Project Manager, you'll take charge of project planning, coordination, and execution, leveraging your expertise in project flow management. Effective communication and coordination with teams, subcontractors, and clients are paramount. Your leadership will drive collaboration among executive leadership, engineering teams, and on-site crews, ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives and responsibilities.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, delineating scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Supervise construction operations daily, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Implement robust project control measures to optimize outcomes and mitigate risks.
  • Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and clarity in roles.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
  • Enforce quality control processes and conduct regular inspections to maintain standards.
  • Manage project budgets effectively, minimizing expenses while upholding quality.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, addressing delays promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the construction process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
  • Experience in solar construction is advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a critical thinker.

Compensation:

Salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
