The Program Success Coordinator will be responsible for the ongoing operation and growth success of account(s) in Southeast Florida. As part of the Program Success Coordinator role, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating ElliQ programs with our partners and customers. You will provide guidance, support, demo sessions, diagnose issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and coach on best practices at all levels to achieve success. You will work closely with care managers and team members from all local partners. But most importantly, you will be helping older adults learn more about how ElliQ can be an amazing companion for them.

The Program Coordinator will work closely with market engagement leadership to identify partnership opportunities that align with our market-specific ElliQ activation goals. Success will be measured by a combination of network penetration, community engagement and retention, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person technical assistance for older adults onboarding with ElliQ who are receiving and connecting the device for the first time.
• Work closely with partners (care teams, case managers, Area Agencies on Aging, Managed Care Organizations, and Care Plans) to promote project objectives and account growth remotely and on-site.
• Deliver training and educational material and activities for older adults in your market.
• Educate community customers on our values, processes and best practices,
• Serve as the voice of the customer, providing product feedback and customer needs
• Ongoing communication with internal teams to ensure project success
• Communicate with our internal teams regularly regarding challenges, incentives, and changes within the market.
• Track project rollout (recruitment, enrollment, distribution, installation, maintenance) in all ongoing project-related activities.

• Great people and communication skills. Live & breathe talking to customers and helping them! A passion for helping people and elders
• Demonstrated experience in the senior care industry, AgeTech, or other relevant experience
• Experience as a care manager or care coordinator - an advantage
• Self-starter with an exceptional ability to identify knowledge gaps and work to learn what you don’t already know
• Excellent customer service, coaching, and training skills.
• Ability to independently organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced environment.
• Technical orientation
• Must have reliable transportation to visit partner communities from time to time.
