Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in various medical settings.

Responsibilities:

- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, and CT scans
- Provide education to patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Experience in areas such as home care, assisted living, ER, or ophthalmology is a plus
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate medical documentation
- Ability to perform clinical tasks including catheterization and tube feeding
- Strong knowledge of vital sign monitoring and patient assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
