Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care, medication administration, and utilization management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient health and progress
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide direct patient care as needed

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in critical care and acute care settings
- Proficiency in ICD-9 coding and Epic software
- Ability to perform tube feeding, catheter care, and phlebotomy
- Strong medication administration skills
- Knowledge of utilization management practices
- Familiarity with medical office procedures
