We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Intuit Dome team! Maintenance Technician supports the designated leadership with the daily operations of all building systems. This includes hard surface maintenance and repair, basic carpentry, painting, and metal work. The Maintenance Technician will also respond to customer requests and submit and close work orders as necessary and perform other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is eligible for our competitive benefit offering including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more. The scope of this position encompasses a 24-hour, 7 day a week operation with the transition of numerous daily events. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.

What You Will Do:

• Changing of air filters in spaces where no fans or machinery are in operation, which has been shut down, locked out and tagged by an Engineer.
• General cleaning of engineering spaces.
• Cleaning, patching, and painting at various locations as directed by the Director of Engineering
• Perform general laborer work as assigned by Director of Engineering or VP of Operations, such as loading, unloading, and moving materials, and running errands for the Engineering Department.
• Furniture moving, modular systems breakdown and set-up.
• Preventive Maintenance in all restrooms.
• Assist Engineers whenever needed.

Your Background, Skills, and Experience:

• Two (2) or more years' experience in the field of facility management, preferably in a complex and sophisticated deadline driven environment.
• Prior experience working in new state of the art venue preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively and professionally, diplomatically, and maturely with internal and external clients and peers at all levels within an organization and throughout the community, both oral and written.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of and a passion for professional basketball and live entertainment.
• Highly responsive to emergencies in a fast paced, time sensitive environment with demonstrated confidence, decision-making, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Valid California driver's license

Special Requirements of the Job

• This position requires frequent bending, ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods of time, exposure to multiple external elements, and extensive walking through the building.

Compensation

• Compensation range for this role is $35.00 - $40.00 per hour. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is classified as non-exempt.
