Intrust keeps GROWING and we are in need of a Case Manager to service Bell county area residents. This is a hybrid telehealth and in person position. Create your own schedule and enjoy the flexibility you need!

Case Managers work to assist clients and families with alleviating problem behaviors by:

• -Linking your clients with services that are tied directly to the client's diagnosis.
• -Providing assistance in coordination of treatment through monitoring services.
• -Linking client and family to needed community resources and referrals.
• -Helping prepare client and family to function independently after services are complete.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Services related field plus one year of post graduate experience. OR a Master's in a Human Services related field

Hiring part-time with potential for full-time.
