A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN REGISTERED NURSE - CLINICAL NURSE LIAISON

As a Registered Nurse for Intramed Plus collaborative service, you are the face of our company. You make a difference in the lives of our patients by using your experience and personal touch to assist them in transitional care coordination from hospital to home. By following the physician's plan of treatment, your primary responsibility will be clinical follow-up for hospitalized and recurring patients. The RN will assist with the delivery of quality patient care services on-site referral coordination, including patient education and training.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN REGISTERED NURSE - CLINICAL NURSE LIAISON

• Registered Nurse with a current license in the state of South Carolina
• 2 years of nursing experience

Experience in infusion therapy skills, central venous access, oncology administration, RN case management, home health / hospice experience is preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time RN position typically works 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday, some weekends and holidays on-call.
