What You Will Get To Do: Collaborate with Product Architecture, Product Management, and PMO teams to establish best practices for designing solutions with the necessary architectural qualities, including service reliability, availability, scalability, security, and supportability. Plan, deploy, and optimize cost-effective, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure for production-ready applications with 99.999% uptime SLAs. Define architectural standards that enable DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code and automated continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Create comprehensive plans for integrating new systems architecture into existing infrastructure. Provide implementation, maintenance, remediation, and troubleshooting services for server and storage platforms, ensuring seamless operations and management within the cloud. Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient and effective capital utilization. Contribute to the modernization of SS&C Intralinks offerings, including initiatives such as Modern Disaster Recovery, Active-Active configuration, hybrid cloud solutions, and more. What You Will Bring: At least 10 years of experience architecting and implementing diverse private or public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) hosted systems in globally redundant environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Networking, or equivalent. Expertise or certifications in two or more of the following solutions: Red Hat Linux, Debian/Ubuntu, AWS, F5 Big-IP, Nginx, Kubernetes, Docker. Current experience supporting SaaS Infrastructure systems engineering in mission-critical production datacenter environments globally. Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems, including experience with current releases of RHEL/CentOS. Proven expertise working with Kubernetes, containerd, and Docker. Strong domain knowledge of web and database application performance engineering and capacity planning activities. Solid working knowledge of Internet protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SMTP, etc.).
