We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Digital Marketing and Communications to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our brand visibility. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Devise and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare industry, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Google, and SEM.
  • Multichannel Marketing: Oversee the creation and management of digital campaigns across various channels, including SEM, display advertising, social media, and email marketing, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence.
  • Monthly Campaign Execution: Lead the execution and scheduling of monthly healthcare marketing campaigns, covering social media, email marketing, website updates, graphic design, content creation, and press releases, while adhering to healthcare industry regulations.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the results of digital campaigns, presenting findings to leadership. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance future strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Tracking and Optimization: Implement robust tracking mechanisms, such as UTM parameters in Google Analytics, to analyze post-click reporting. Evaluate and optimize campaign performance, focusing on key healthcare metrics.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and informative content for SEO purposes, ensuring our healthcare services are effectively communicated to our target audience.
  • Press Releases: Craft and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets, communicating important updates, milestones, and achievements within our healthcare organization.
  • Compliance: Navigate and adhere to healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards in all digital marketing efforts.
  • Technology Awareness: Stay current with the latest digital media trends and technologies within the healthcare sector, ensuring our strategies align with industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Analytics Expertise: Advanced knowledge of reporting and analytics, with proficiency in web analytic tools such as Google Ads and Google Campaign Manager.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey healthcare information effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) and experience with web design and content management systems.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Budget Management: Basic budgeting skills to align digital media placements with available resources.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
