The software QA Analyst, Lead ensures high-quality software delivery by planning, implementing, and (if necessary) automating quality assurance testing. This position will work in a collaborative team environment to understand business needs and technical design to develop and execute test plans. This position will work to stand up automated testing practices within the department as well as establish standard QA reporting. On large projects, this position may coordinate QA activities for other QA staff. Expectations & Accountabilities... • Plan and implement testing (e.g., regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, or performance tests) for new and existing functionality. • Collaborate with development teams to design and integrate testing strategies into the development process. • Establish and implement automated testing within the technology environment. • Plan, create, and execute manual or automated test cases, working with business partners, developers, and other stakeholders. • Document and analyze test results and recommend corrective action. • Lead and coordinate testing activities among other QA staff. • Manage and maintain defects, bug lists; verify fixes. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT). • Leverage data and analytics for actionable quality assurance insights. What you'll need to be successful... • Minimum 7 years of quality assurance experience within the software development domain • Experience within an agile development environment • Experience with test management tools (e.g., HPQC, TestRail) and developing and implementing automation scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, QTP etc. Strong experience designing and implementing test plans and QA activities • Strong technical testing skills using SQL to perform database queries • Strong experience with SAP ERP Platform (S/4, ECC) • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong attention to detail to identify, isolate, and document defects • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision Qualifications that will set you apart... • Experience implementing other ERP systems Education and Certification • Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
