Develop and implement solutions in the Eagle Access space, primarily focused on data imports and extracts Assist with preparing estimates for design, coding, and testing Design, write, modify, and test solutions to meet the business and functional requirements Adhere to departmental Software Development Life Cycle standards Perform incident management and triage 2nd and 3rd level on-call support on a rotational basis Required: · Strong experience working on at least one Investment Book of Record (IBOR) platform e.g. Eagle Star, Eagle Pace - 3 years · Team-oriented development experience in a relational database environment - 7 years · Programming experience in Oracle PL/SQL or Microsoft T-SQL - 5 years Preferred: · Linux shell scripting / PERL scripting · Programming languages (C, C , JAVA, .NET) within Financial Services · Job scheduling with BMC Control-M or equivalent (Cron, Tivoli, Autosys) · Middleware packages including IBM Websphere MQ and Message Broker or equivalent (BizTalk) · Agile software development, Scrum, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for managing code and user stories · Experience in the buy-side Investment Management Industry and major data domains including Equity, Fixed-Income, Security Master, Positions & Lots, Trades, Corporate Actions, Prices/FX Rates, Cash, Benchmarks strongly · Knowledge of Investment Management systems (Eagle, Charles River, etc.)
