Sales Associate/Team Members Must be 18

We are a Michigan based retail store with locations all throughout Metro Detroit. Working with us is a blast, you are going to be able to be a part of a fun work environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and assist customers as needed.
• Provide accurate information on merchandise.
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves neatly to maximize visibility.
• Assist customers with problems or concerns and contact management as needed for assistance.
• Thinking outside of the box about locating the experience our customers are looking for.
• Provide feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues that could impact productivity.
• Inform customers of all discounts and special offers.
• Participate in taking store inventory counts.
• Stay up to date with new products.
• Create a positive and inviting environment for customers.

Skills Needed:

• Basic math skills
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Ability to lift, pull, carry, bend, reach, stand and walk about the store for 8 hours.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships with co-workers, management, and customers.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Must have the ability to supply our customers with product knowledge.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures when needed.
• Able to work independently.
• Ability to stay organized, give attention to detail, follow instructions, and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
