Position Description:

Job Title: RN (registered nurse)

Facility: MY Health and My resource of Tarrant County

Job Location: 27 16 cullen st., fort worth TX 76107

Duration: 13 weeks extendable

Work Schedule: Friday - Monday.

Shift: 8 hours day shift (08am to 5pm)

Clients Requirements:

• Experience with IDD nursing, HSC or ICF group home nursing is preferred.
• The role of this position will provide assessment and nursing care for a caseload up to 25 individuals with IDD living in the group home setting.
• Ensure all documentation requirements are up to date

Required Education

Associate’s Degree or higher from a two or four year college or university, or a graduate nurse

Valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Must provide license (if applicable) and official documentation of all educational attainment i.e. Transcript/Degree/Certificate

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $61.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• IDD nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
