This individual will assume responsibility for technical assignments for the design and development of
semiconductor and disk media product power supplies and systems. This is a senior level position requiring
experience with capital equipment electrical systems, switching power supplies and RF generators. Typically
works under minimal supervision in a diverse team (mechanical, software, process, & manufacturing).
Primary Job DutiesRequired Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics or other related technical discipline, plus (6-
10) years' experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant technical education and experience such
as a Masters Degree plus five (5) years experience or a Ph.D. degree.
Preferred Experience Experience with electrical systems design/troubleshooting on typical semiconductor tools including RF
plasma, PVD, CVD, and etch processes
Design for EMI, EMC safety compliance
PCB design with Altium
High-power RF circuit design up to 13.56MHz
Knowledge of high and low pass filter design, signal conditioning and noise mitigation
Microcontroller and DSP design
Digital, analog, & mixed design
PDU design experience 480VAC is a plus
