Interwell Health is Hiring a Remote Senior Manager, Healthcare Analytics (Data Visualization)
Interwell Health is looking for a Manager to join our Healthcare Data Analytics team and have responsibility for directing analytic visualizations used in operational analytics and outcomes reporting. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced self-starter who can hit the ground running both working on and directing strategic data-driven projects, with the ability to present insightful findings to both internal customers and senior leadership.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage data visualizations (dashboards) supporting clinical operations and “performance” measurements that quantify Interwell Health’s impact on health outcomes
- Defines and sets the standards for dashboards and reporting design standards focused on effective human-data interactions
- Build, QC, and publish performance measurement dashboards that track health outcomes over time using Business Intelligence (BI) software such as Power BI
- Design and build business intelligence solutions focused on giving data meaning through information visualization/infographics in the organization while maximizing user adoption and data literacy growth in the organization
- Work with the business to understand and align the business metric calculation
- Build data-driven presentations that translate complex data analyses into crisp insights with clear recommendations and present your work directly to C-suite
- Assist the Director of Healthcare Analytics by attending workgroups to understand client needs and represent the data perspective
What you'll need:
- Demonstrated, progressive experience in healthcare data analytics (claims, EHR, Rx, etc.), including managing healthcare data projects end-to-end. Experience with Salesforce objects is desirable.
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams
- Strong SQL coding skills and excellent data visualization dev skills (Power BI)
- Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to work across multiple projects and successfully adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with experience serving as a trusted business partner and presenting to senior, cross-functional stakeholders
