Interventional Spine & Sports Medicine is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Middlebury, CT

We are looking for an experienced, bright, responsible, dependable team player for our very busy Physiatry/Pain management clinical team. This is an on-site position in our Middlebury office, along with our 3 satellite locations.

Qualified candidate should have minimum of one year of healthcare receptionist experience, or equivalent experience in a customer service setting.

Candidate should consistently exhibit exceptional customer service while maintaining professional conduct. Must demonstrate superb written and verbal communication skills to patients, providers, and colleagues

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Answer inbound calls with curtesy and respect
- Schedule, cancel, reschedule appointments
- Verify demographic and insurance information
- Investigate patient inquiries
- Work with colleagues in a professional and collaborative environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
