Particular PM duties in Ministry Intelligence include:

• Helping the MI team manage the internal support queue.
• Knowledge of Wrike would be preferred.
• Assist in managing the schedule for team-wide activities and meetings.

Provide project management support through planning, developing and evaluating projects:

• Develop and oversee projects as assigned, including coordination of project work with intradepartmental colleagues and, as necessary, those outside the department
• Work closely with the PMO to accelerate the ministry of InterVarsity by providing excellent project delivery
• Deliver projects on-time, on-scope, and on-budget deliveries
• Document preparation and content management
• Participate in the creation and maintenance of project management resources as assigned
• Report metrics and project tracking data to PMO on an on-going basis

Partnership and collaboration:

• Participate in meetings within functional department, as well as interdepartmental meetings in the broader InterVarsity community upon request
• High-level of collaboration with cross-functional team members or leaders
• Assist in ensuring adherence to national policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
• Be a Project Management ambassador across organization, always looking for opportunities to learn PM best practices
• Prepare and submit documents to advanced project managers for executive reporting
• Coordinate and submit documentation and surveys for clients
• Work with advanced project managers in developing project plans
• Assist advanced project managers with tracking accounts payable with vendors
• Monitor and communicate project plan milestones to project manager
• Utilize project management tools to assist with metric reporting
• Update project content and documentation
• Provide on-going status reports on assigned projects and escalate as needed
• Demonstrate ability and aptitude to gain technical understanding of project within the functional department

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Management preferred
• 3 years of project management work experience preferred
• Experience supervising small to mid-size project teams preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,628.00 - $63,504.00 per year
