Interstate Window & Door, a 3rd generation family operated business, is expanding its operation and seeking new Associates to staff its Pittston, PA manufacturing plant.

We're seeking individuals who are committed to producing top-tier products that exceed industry standards. With three generations of expertise, we take pride in our strong family values and the inclusive work environment we've built.

The production schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM. Overtime may be required in accordance with production schedule.

Our pay rate starts at $15.00/hour for straight time and $22.50/hour for any available overtime. Overtime is any time worked over 40 hours. Enjoy a competitive benefits package starting 1st of the month after hire.

We are looking for people just like YOU! Associates with a great work ethic who enjoy being a part of a team and taking pride in what they do:

• At least one year of prior production experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with hand tools such as cordless drills
• Ability to read a tape measure a plus
• Must be eager to learn and open to cross training as needed
• Works well with a team as well as independently
• An eye for quality and the desire to make award winning & energy efficient products
• Have a dependable form of transportation as dependability is crucial
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

We’re convenient to get to! Our plant is located right next to Redner’s Market off the Pittston By-Pass. Tap 940 Memco Lane Pittston, PA in your GPS. There’s plenty of free parking right next to our plant (no half mile walk to your car). We’re on the COLTS/PIttston bus route, too.
