Job Description: Mobile Coordinator
Location: Sellersburg IN
Job Summary
We are seeking a Mobile Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatching mobile repair trucks, creating quotes, answering phones and customer follow up.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Dispatch mobile trucks to service locations
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of all mobile truck service
- Assist with other duties as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to create accurate quotes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
