We offer a competitive minimum wage ($22/hr), season ski pass reimbursement, and end-of-season bonus!We’re currently looking for outgoing, friendly, customer-service focused full-time seasonal Parking Ambassadors at our parking facilities at the Sundance Ski Resort. This role is charged with supporting parking operations and creating a world-class customer experience for our guests.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Must be able to multi-task and work in all weather conditions.
Proficient with Office, web-based applications, mobile apps, smart phone technology.
One year of customer service experience required.
High school degree required.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Be a key member of a team that delivers a world-class impression for guests.
Provide exceptional customer service and assist our guests by being pleasant and helpful – “Smile, Help, Engage” is our goal with every guest.
Manage and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
Make change, issue receipts and tickets to our guests.
Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of your assigned facilities.

Schedule:
Full-time (30-39 hours a week) seasonal positions working weekends, holidays, with a rotating schedule the other days of the week. Mid-late November 2023 through mid-late April 2024 ski season.Not looking for a full-time position for the ski season but interested in side income, ski privileges and a fun work environment?
