Interstate Nissan is seeking a Detail Manager to oversee and manage the detailing operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining the appearance of vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of detailers to ensure efficient workflow
• Train new detailers on proper techniques and procedures
• Perform quality checks on completed work to meet company standards
• Manage and Arrange vehicle on lot premises
• Ensure proper placement and application of company decals
• Manage inventory of detailing supplies and equipment
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding detailing services

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles
• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
