**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional service to customers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Engage and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
**Experience:**
- Strong passion for the motorsports industry
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday Sunday and Mondays Off
