Job Details

Job Title: Reporting Analyst Job Location: Philadelphia, PA Job Type: Contract Job Mode: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reports using Tableau to analyze data related to insurance operations, sales performance, customer trends, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies through data analysis.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by management to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
  • Certification in Tableau or Salesforce CRM.
