Pay is up to $21 an hour to start plus on-call and quarterly bonus potential along with excellent benefits!

What we are looking for:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority.
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants.
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications.
- Exterior maintenance as needed.
- Participate in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone (approximately 1 out of every 3 weeks)
What you should have based on experience:
- 2 years’ experience in maintenance.
- 1 years in multifamily housing preferred.
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry.
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe.
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures.
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
- CPO & HVAC EPA Certifications preferred but not required
You will be asked to complete a written skills test to assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
