We are looking to fill a Chief Engineer position in a Las Vegas High-Rise Condominium.
Essential Job Functions:
Knowledge of all systems, procedures, and preventive maintenance for a high-rise bldg required
Responsible for the management of daily engineering operations
Management of internal team and coordination of all contactors. Inspect building, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions.
Maintain schedule for periodic general preventative maintenance on the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and the plumbing system, and periodic testing of the equipment. These systems include, but not limited to, air handling units, water pumping systems, cooling tower, and all plumbing system components.
Respond quickly to emergency situations.
Responsible for fire safety equipment and inspection.
Perform and /or oversee electrical and plumbing repair and troubleshooting.
Perform and/or oversee water treatment and testing.
Maintain compliance with Health Department for all regulations for swimming pool maintenance and safety.
Skills shall include but not be limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, life safety, and fire protection systems.
