Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all patients by creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.
• Manage appointments seamlessly and promptly respond to patient messages to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Use exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate and solve issues while maintaining a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
• Schedule doctors' appointments productively and minimize scheduling errors.
• Ensure that patients are consistently attending their appointments and are finishing their care on time.
• Build positive relationships with patients and resolve issues quickly and effectively to eliminate customer service issues.
• Organize the flow of the office to ensure that all appointments, paperwork, and communications are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Customer-Facing Expert: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, where you've honed your ability to create incredible experiences.
• Organization Ninja: Your organizational skills are legendary, and you can multitask like a pro.
• High-Octane Energy: Fast-paced environments are where you shine. The more action, the better.
• Conflict Resolution Champion: Conflicts don't scare you; you see them as opportunities to build stronger connections.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
