We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician 1. This position will work with the Corporate IT Team in our Clackamas Oregon branch.

The IT Support Technician 1, under direct supervision, provide deskside and remote support to users of fixed and mobile computers during morning and afternoon shifts. Act as a first level problem identification and resolution resource, including answering questions, providing advice, investigating, troubleshooting, and following-up to assist users with technical issues. Coordinate user problem resolution with other Techs and Department if necessary. Track and report recurring problems. Great customer service is a must.
