LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a manufacturing client of ours located in Rochester, MI that is seeking a Project Manager. Our client is a leading North American supplier who collaborates with OEMs. Our client is seeking someone that can lead a Merger & Acquisition of facilities and operations for them. This is a high-profile executive level opportunity. A Direct Hire and fully on-site opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale manufacturing projects, including facility mergers and expansions.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
• Serve as the key liaison between senior executives, project teams, and external partners. Provide regular project updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee the quality control throughout the project life cycle, ensuring the standards of the deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving.
• Coordinate and manage project activities across international borders, including travel to facilities and partner organizations abroad as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent.
• Significant experience in managing large manufacturing projects, including the merger of manufacturing facilities.
• Proven track record of working at the senior executive level, demonstrating the ability to influence and drive project success.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be willing and able to travel internationally. Must possess a valid passport.

Specifics:

• Fully On-site
• Direct Hire
• Compensation between $110-130k
• Monday-Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm
• This is slated to be a 2-year project
