Role-playing as a Special Operations Officer, you will guide guests through an action-filled mission. It is your mission to ensure the experience is fun and exciting! Operation Spy guides will also use their outgoing personalities to ensure that all guests have an excellent Museum experience. Additional duties will include providing customer service to all guests at multiple posts around the Museum. Credentials: At least 1 year of customer service experiencePublic speaking or acting experienceProven ability to communicate well within group settingsAn engaging, outgoing personalityMandatory criminal background checks and drug test required for this seasonal/temporary position.Availability: In order to be considered for the position, you must be available to work at least 25-30 hours per week including weekends, evenings and holidays.
