- Facilitate and coordinate all required onboarding processes for new employees and contractors.
- Create, manage, and maintain PO’s for internal and external contractors on a quarterly and as-needed basis.
- Become the single point of contact PO tracking between the contractor and the Engineering & Execution team.
- Assist in the planning of resource movement and coordinate distribution of new assignments and respective details to personnel.
- Track approved time-off requests for all personnel and notify Senior Management of upcoming gaps in resource planning as a result.
- Monitor full-time employees consecutive work weeks and identify personnel who are nearing their mandatory time-off. Ensure they are scheduling their next R&R based on approved policies.
- Ensure employees have been added to the correct charge codes for their respective projects.
- Develop and implement new tools to automate your responsibilities to help facilitate continuous growth and improvement of the Engineering & Execution team.
- Keep a record of job specific trainings and notify personnel of upcoming expiration dates.
- Verify that all Americas Engineering and Execution processes are followed consistently.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with organization objectives with regards to human resource management. Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.Bachelors degree, equivalent in an applicable field of study, or 5 years in applicable experience.
- Ability to work in a manner consistent with the company values of Leading, Agile, Responsible, and Fun.
- Well organized and strong expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
- Eager to be part of a fast-growing company and to be a leader in a rapidly developing part of the power sector.
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts simultaneously and keep pushing unanswered time-sensitive items.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively to internal and external audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Experience in resource planning, PO requisitions a plus .
- Proficient experience in a resource planning tool considered a strong plus
