Job Description:
The first shift supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Tool and Die Department. The supervisor position receives training to successfully operate all equipment, enabling the supervisor to train other employees how to operate equipment such as:
The supervisor will work closely with the plant manager and other supervisors to ensure production runs smoothly in each department. The shift supervisor ensures our operators and inspectors are set up for success and safety.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in English language (reading and verbal). This position requires direct contact with ITAR compliant work – United States citizenship required.
Experience: 1 year of heat-treating experience minimum is preferred.
