Major Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Drive coordination and performance monitoring by supporting cluster meetings and regular coordination meetings (e.g., Monthly PO meeting, quarterly CRRD meeting etc.)
• Structure and facilitate leadership review of critical strategies that will drive revenue.
• Assess the success of the fundraising cluster model and offer improvement and enhancements.
• Support coordination of fundraising teams during key organizational processes/milestones such as SRA, FY25 Planning and budgeting, and other organization-wide processes

Strategic Projects

• Own and implement strategic projects with limited oversight. Develop scope based on ability to increase efficiency or consistency for fundraising teams. These include Streamlining Due Diligence, streamlining use of SF / Technology and scaling of best practices and account planning

Communication and Collaboration

• Develop strategies to increase collaboration and knowledge sharing across fundraising pillars through community events, communications, and reporting on common goals.
• Develop and oversee maintenance of consistent protocols and processes such as onboarding, training
