Work Arrangement: Open to Remote Job Overview: The Finance Manager has primary responsibility for collecting and processing financial data to provide management, donors, and others with timely and accurate financial information. This individual prepares budgets, donor reports and overall accounting for the TXOR West office, as well as financial oversight of the sub‐award life cycle for TXOR West partners. Major Responsibilities: General Accounting and Financial Management Sub‐Awardee Finance Management Other Responsibilities Job Requirements: Education: 4‐year college degree in relevant field required. Degree in related field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Graduate degree preferred. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of non-profit finance/accounting experience required. Experience with federal (preferably ORR) grants preferred. Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: Working Environment: Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates.
