Job Overview: IRC’s Family Wellness Program offers intensive case management and advocacy services for individuals and families who experience harm or abuse. The Case Worker/Advocate provides person-centered, trauma-informed support to survivors; developing service plans to match individual needs utilizing a range of financial, medical, social, vocational, and other services and resources based on participant needs, eligibility, and priorities.The Case Worker/Advocate also participates, as appropriate, in program planning, outreach, and service development through community engagement and relationships with other service providers. Major Responsibilities: Key Working Relationships: Position Reports to: Family Wellness Case Work Supervisor Internal: Resettlement Team, Employment Team, Anti-Trafficking Team, Immigration Team, Youth Program Team, New Roots Team, Health Empowerment Team, Volunteer Specialist, Finance Team, Development Team.External:Volunteers, Interns, Community Partner Agencies Job Requirements: Working Environment: Standard office environment at IRC’s office in SeaTac, WA; Hybrid schedule with 2 days/week in office, with occasional evening or weekend activities as needed. Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget.Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
