International Quality Homecare Corporation is seeking per-diem RNs to provide Homecare Nursing Services to clients in Hayward, WI and the surrounding area.

• Per diem is $40-$50 per visit with a travel time of $7.25 per hour & .40 cents per mile

. Provides services in a timely and reliable manner. Offers flexibility in working around client schedules where applicable.

• Demonstrates ability to assess client needs while educating clients and their families regarding pertinent health information.
• Arranges for client/family counseling when necessary. Functions as a patient advocate by prompting patients’ rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Follows all safety guidelines and universal precautions while performing nursing duties. Reports all accidents appropriately and promptly. Initiates appropriate preventive/rehabilitative procedures. Demonstrates International Quality Homecare’s values of faith, integrity, respect, professionalism, and teamwork. Displays a courteous, honest, and kind demeanor to ensure that the client is provided a sense of safety & security. Cognizant of the client’s culture and integrates it into the care plan

Observes identifies, and reports patient problems and needs as well as nursing interventions performed to supervisor or designee. Promptly informs supervisor or designee of any changes in patient condition or needs; completes requirements for employment such as Infection Control In-services annually as required
