International Quality Homecare Corporation is seeking a Per Diem RN or LPN who can build their client caseload to part-time and even full-time to provide Homecare Nursing Services to clients in West Bend, WI, and the surrounding area.

Per diem, RN is $40.00 - $50.00 per visit with a travel time of $7.25 per hour & .40 cents per mile.

Per diem, LPN is $30.00 - $35.00 per visit with a travel time of $7.25 per hour & .40 cents per mile.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care and treatments following the client's care plan

. Provides services in a timely and reliable manner. Offers flexibility in working around client schedules where applicable.

• Demonstrates ability to assess client needs while educating clients and their families regarding pertinent health information.
• Arranges for client/family counseling when necessary. Functions as a patient advocate by prompting patients’ rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Follows all safety guidelines and universal precautions while performing nursing duties. Reports all accidents appropriately and promptly. Initiates appropriate preventive/rehabilitative procedures. Demonstrates International Quality Homecare’s values of faith, integrity, respect, professionalism, and teamwork. Displays a courteous, honest, and kind demeanor to ensure the client is provided a sense of safety & security.
