Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for supervising and performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Perform routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Conduct repairs and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks, materials used, and costs incurred
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed using hand or power tools
- Respond promptly to emergency situations or service requests
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices and procedures
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management
- Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical schematics
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repair of equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in facilities maintenance preferred
