Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Admission Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruiting and admitting students to our institution.

Duties:

- Conduct student recruitment activities
- Provide information about educational programs to prospective students
- Assist students with the admission process
- Conduct campus tours for prospective students and families
- Collaborate with academic advisors to ensure students are placed in appropriate programs
- Utilize Ellucian or similar systems for student records management

Skills:

- Experience in recruiting or admissions
- Strong public speaking skills
- Knowledge of education administration processes
- Ability to educate and advise students on academic programs
- Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student information systems

Pay: $30,000.00 - $47,539.39 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Admissions: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Allen, TX 75002 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
